    Many of our bestsellers are returning to the shop on a seasonal basis, with new watercolors. We produce in very small quantities, if a part is not available, it is worth asking us whether the size is available again by returning it, for example.We would be happy to print your favorite watercolor and reproduce it for you.   • Do you have a store where I can try on your collections or pick up my order?"
    You are welcome to visit us in the studio by appointment and try on the collections and inspire yourself, we will be happy to advise you. Under Shop Locator you will find all concept stores and boutiques that carry our collection.
  • Can I buy vouchers from you?
    Sure! You can get vouchers here. You can either print out the voucher yourself or email it directly to the person you want to give as a gift. These are valid for one year.
  • Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

  • Do you send packages to Packstations?
    Yes, in this case we ship to our standard shipping service provider DPD with DHL GoGreen and can therefore only ship to DHL Packstations. If you have any further questions, please send us an email to
  • Why don't you offer free shipping?
    Transparency is important to us, so we'd rather show you what shipping actually costs than calculate shipping pro rata for each item. If you are interested in our newsletter, you can register here and receive free shipping on your first order within Germany.
  • How can I return something I don't like?"
    After you have received your order, you can return the goods to us within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will process the return and refund you the way you paid. If you paid by bank transfer, please send us your account details (IBAN). Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. Please frank your return yourself and gladly with tracking and insurance - not that something else gets lost, for which we unfortunately cannot be held liable.
